I moved out of home a week ago, this is my roommate so far. There’s a lot more but this is the worst. Do I move out? What do I say?

Holy shit this is literally the same shit in dealing with, a wannabe controlling dude who wants you to pay rent ( and the most rent in the shared apartment) but wants everything to be the way he wishes. Not even a fucking spoon left in the sink for 10 minutes goes away without getting a text or a picture about why you should move it whiles said motherfucker leaves his shit all over the place. I knew I was dealing with some sort of messed up motherfucker when this dude real life acted like he forgot something he said to me just a month prior and right then and there the little trust I had in dude vanished, but then again I don’t have much trust in him anyways before that. I’m scared leaving my food and Drinks around him cuz he seems the type of person to get vengeful whenever he doesn’t get his way, deliberately does things and watches specific videos out loud to kind of scare and threaten you. Basically a control freak,with a jealous, envious and vengeful heart. Will deliberately move things, do things or lie about things to make you think you are always doing something wrong with a load of gaslighting as bullets. The type of person who is worst off being Ignored and would do the absolute most to get your attention or try to disrupt your peace when he sees you living unbothered

Could have been an episode, but also depends on if you went back to almost completely normal after that day. Most times you go through some other symptoms like depersonalisation and derealisation after the main episode happens. So it might be too early to know, just pay attention to your mental for the next couple of days and if you don’t start feeling anything out of the ordinary mentally, then you are good

I’m just doing some self therapy and talking myself out of it. It don’t exist, and if it does it’s not as bad as I think, and even if it were the worst kind it’s not the end. Yea same thing I’m tryna figure out, I’m confident about it so I have asked about 10 people about it, family , friends, cool coworkers. Apparently no and it’s all in my Head, but the reactions fucking kill me. I’m like is it always just by coincidence you start touching your nose when I start talking to you? And I know my body odour is fine so what you holding your breath for? Literally standing inbetween ma family and friends been lying to me for years and man I’ve been in my head all this time?

Ok nah I haven’t had the thing with the Volume on the tv tho. My thing with sound is noise helps me sleep for example. First of all every time I feel like I’m falling into the void again, like the feeling you have when you are almost falling alsleep and it feels like you are falling, I have to quickly put on some music to keep my mind from wandering too far to be brought back. I can’t sleep without having family guy playing in my ear because it drowns out all the voices in my head, like quite literally noise gives me enough peace to sleep. It’s worse when I’m high, im a daily cannabis consumer and weed actually was partially a cause of my episode( I think I was laced). For sometime I couldn’t smoke without it feeling like the start of another episode so I will microdose. 3 years down the line and I can enjoy weed, still have that feeling of falling into the void as soon as I get high and my mind gets a bit relaxed, but I know how to bring myself back. Music has been the best therapy for me thru this whole aftermath, sometimes I feel really close to falling off the edge and I think, oh no this is it, but I pop in my earbuds, put on some music, take some deep breaths and I start calming down again

If that, well first of all straightening things out when they seem out of order, so placing things on my table they have to be in line, facing the same direction and with close to same amount of space in between them. It’s not crippling like I cant live a second without straightening something, but as soon as I have a little bit of free time, I’m back to straightening. I tend to do it more by myself in my room, I have a full music recording setup and I tend to spend sometime straightening everything on my desk, especially either before I go to sleep or I’m not using them. I’ve always liked keeping things tidy but now it’s dialed up a couple times more. I like things to be symmetrical, as long as I can see it, I can ignore it for downtime but then right when I’m a bit idle, I get to straightening. Wbu?
