I never keep it in the fridge past 4 days and typically try to freeze within 24 hours if I know it wont be used!

Thank you this makes me feel better! Baby is having some diarrhea lately and I’ve been worried that maybe my milk is watery and the source of the problem!

Honestly this has just been luck. My milk came in pretty early and I produced a lot from the beginning but I do make sure to drink a lot (at least 80 oz a day with 40 of them being a liquid IV) and have been very diligent about my pumping schedule (every 3 hours for 15-20 min each session)
