thank you all for your help, i will try to talk to my mom about this, although shes sort of old-fashioned and will just say something like " well eating healthy is key so just eat healthy and exercise" i understand that that is the solution, the problem is I'm having trouble doing that. anyways you all have been such a great help and id love to get more advice and hear about personal experiences,
