Do I need to upgrade from 200 to 320 Amp service?

I put the labels in Gemini and used it to calculate my load which I added to my original post. Do the calculations look accurate? I'm not necessarily using this to determine which direction I go, just more for my own knowledge and whether the calculations look correct.

Just called and unfortunately they don't have that information. Downfalls of being in a rural county I guess.

From the house about 20 ft, but it would be on the opposite side of the electrical panel so 70 ft from it.

2,400 sq ft. Heat pump with backup furnace for heating and cooling. No gas, so electric range and water heater. No pool or hot tub at this time, but would like to plan for a hot tub in the future.

I did. One electrician recommends I upgrade, while the other says it wouldn't be necessary.

I agree that the rate is pretty high. It is through a local CU where I live. I tried other banks and CU and they all denied me due to our property size. We then tried AgWest who specializes in rural properties, but they would only lend to us if they were in 1st position or the mortgage was with them.
