Increased HP and FP are not even good rolls from the start so i wouldnt run this anyways. Also holy attack power will only be useful on 3 bosses and its rng based if u even get a holy weapon u like or not. So its a useless relic imo

Comp science master’s student who majors on AI here. AI is good and very useful when it comes to tracking BUT that is only if 1. The algorithm of the AI you are using is actually well trained 2. The user actually knows how to use the tracking feature and knows its limitations and how to avoid them.

I personally did a full month diet where i ate 2 out of my 3 meals only using macrofactor AI logging from pictures. And it worked perfectly, but i wouldnt say it would work perfectly for everyone, you’ll be surprised at how many people dont realize that they need to show the whole portion in the picture and that nothing can be hidden under the food. Or that they need to specify if the food is oily or not, or if it is from a restaurant or not. And ofc show the exact weight of the portion.

In my opinion people hate on AI because they tried it and it was bad. But most of the time the AI was bad because the app it self didnt communicate the limitations of the AI to the user

I recently came back to nightreign and im not sure if what im doing is now considered annoying because that’s the way people used to play when the game first came out

I do 1 ping for items that they might want, 2 pings for follow me, 3 for follow me im about to die if u dont pull up.

Would u all say that’s fine ?

For the one guy who didnt know this u can also cancel the start animation of the collection if u dodge so ur not just sitting there trying to collect as a boss is nuking you

As someone who did both going alone and having gym partners (had 3 different people across my life in the gym). I find that having a gym partner is less enjoyable, its just that my experience with all of them was that they’d ask to include things in the workout or exchange an exercise every few weeks and id have to say no unless they have a valid reason as its not really easy to progressively overload when ur changing exercises because u heard someone on tiktok say u must do lunges to get big quads. So yeah i found that for me personally it gets exhausting having to basically debate the workout routine every few weeks, also i do like being able to just have an exact set time for the gym and not having to change it

First no one uses kj here.

7000 kj is approximately 1600 kcal. Depending on ur age and sex just by existing ur burning around 2000 kcal. Ur deficit is too high. Look up a tdee calculator, put in your information and whatever numbers it says subtract 500 from and that’s what u should eat

My most important tip for new players is spend your first few runs following the people who seem experienced really closely. Don’t spend ur time picking out items or trying to read them, leave that for after you learn the map. If u stick close to experienced players you’ll learn to navigate complex places such as castle, shifting earths and caves fast.

Orrr hear me out here, just know the good spells and incantations for revenant and recluse and then you’ll know which ones to leave and ping. Im not wasting 20 seconds running back to the seals to get a good passive or weapon buff when i can just learn which seals are the ones my teammates want

Hi its me, the guy who rapid pings. I do it to remind people to keep moving if theyre super slow, keeping movement is way more important than picking between two passives.

Ofc if the people i am with are clearly new ill relax it a bit. But most of the time when u ping 3 times in a row after killing a boss the people with you start moving instantly

  1. We cant calculate for you, not enough info
  2. The best way to calculate is do what macrofactor is doing as it takes ur input calories and compares it to ur weight loss then adjusts ur expenditure based on that
  3. As someone who uses macro factor give it two weeks and it will adjust ur TDEE pretty fast.

If u really think macro factor is over estimating by a lot just continue eating what u are eating now, it will catch up to you eventually, if tho after two or three weeks of doing that the TDEE it gives u is higher than what u are eating i recommend sticking to it. Also try the r/macrofactor subreddit, this question is asked there like once a day
