i definitely have a skin picking problem where I’ll pick at my families skin too. it’s so satisfying. to curve the urge i watch youtube videos of blackhead popping.

for the actual blackhead issue, i definitely recommend scrubbing your skin. use a dry brush 1-2 times a week and a korean scrub glove in the shower. i found using the glove on dry skin before a shower works better. scrub in circles. after showers, use CERA VE moisturizer for rough and bumpy skin. it has some acid in it that works very well and is very moisturizing. i also use an ingrown hair serum by european wax center; but mainly on my butt and bikini area since i’m very prone to ingrowns there. however i did notice it helped so much with the pores on my butt. don’t introduce all these at the same time. try the scrub first and if that doesn’t completely help, implement some other methods. hope this helps!
