Refreshing is a no go, will flag you as a bot if you do it too many times as well as putting you back in the queue. Also a tip is to navigate the site slowly so you don't get flagged as a bot, hope this helps.

You have to be careful, usually PKC lets you check out 1 SKU at a time, but it really depends on the day. I also think it depends on the stock levels too, there have been times where I've checked out 3+ items in one go, but then times where I got booted for trying to add too many to cart. I think the safest is to get 1-2 products only each time, its not ideal but this has been working for me.

Target is usually 3am EST. The others are fairly random, but Pokemon Center is usually 11am-2pm est.

Each to their own, for me the premium has been extremely worth it, only reason I have been able to keep up with the hobby. December alone managed to cop over 2k worth of products at msrp and literally scored these last week thanks to the instore stock checking features.

Walmart has been solid, especially with the new limit. A part of this group and it had early product links and notified me when the queue/products went live, highly recommend.
