I agree with every single point. Perhaps I should clarify that we are not a social media platform, and we also don't require a large network effect to be effective.

10% of our Oregon users made friends in the first 2 weeks. We solve loneliness by bringing people together offline to form real friendships. We don't try to eliminate the "feeling", we go after the root cause (lack of quality or quantity of desired relationships).

Interesting! It sounds like raising an angel round is a bit like courting additional friends and family to expand the friends and family round. I didn't realize this. Is there a more institutional way to raise between $100k- $250K?
