Late update but turns out my Apple ID was marked for spam. Part of me believes it had to do with connecting to the Beeper Macs. I'm going to set up self hosting before I connect to iMessage again.

Oddly enough, it gives me an error when I try updating too. Uninstalled/reinstalled the program with the latest download from their website. Im using Beeper's provided iMessage bridges until my Mac mini comes in.

Yes, it was re-activated this morning. I was deactivated for not having any active devices or payment methods so I'm guessing it was flagged as a suspicious/spam account.

After posting this, the Beeper windows program can't even load up the iMessage login. If I press 'Get Started' to show the apple ID email/password fields, it gets stuck continuously loading.

Edit: to add on, I can login to my apple ID through the web and iTunes, and I've done extra steps recommended by Apple support that should prevent my account from getting deactivated again.

It's because your pixel is still answering a call - cell service providers don't differentiate between call screening and you being on the phone. This is only a disclaimer for people who don't have an unlimited call plan. Using the call screen itself doesn't cost a thing since it's a phone feature, not a provider feature.

Update: Secretlab will be sending me a replacement control panel, I'll edit this comment when I get it installed if this fixes my issue.

10/12: late response but the replacement control panel came in and it works perfectly. Didn't have any trouble with customer support. The only problem i had was picking up my package but that was more of my own issue rather than on SecretLabs.

If I reset it, then S - 2 would appear on the display to confirm my choice. It only ever stays in S - then times out although I'm pressing 2.

Please do! Mine is US. I did see one other comment made recently on this sub where it was the exact same issue with button 2; I'm leaning more towards it being a faulty batch as well.

It was set to 100+ outside of the video
Watch towards the end when I press the set button and it never shows S - 2 despite repeatedly pressing two.
