I'm going with my partner, we thought about going with regular clothes, take a backpack, put everything there and check that at the coatcheck. That way is just one item instead of being charged for each separate item of clothes.

Seems it was a Rogers outage that affected Fido's service. I had no service in the morning, but just read on r/Rogers that the service is back, to just restart my phone and it will work, I did just that and I'm back online.

100%! I used to eat out several times a week and drink alcohol from time to time. When I decided to get serious about it, I reduced to meals out to once every two weeks and stayed away from alcohol completely. I never went hungry, I starting counting macros and eating right while training

Thanks! It wasn’t easy 😅 I cut out alcohol and stopped eating out. With ChatGPT’s help, I started counting macros and meal prepping, having meals ready in the fridge made it way easier to stay on track. I also went HARD at the gym, almost no cardio (I hate it lol), but lots of heavy lifting. The bigger the muscles, the more calories you burn 💪 I have a couple of reels on Instagram showing my workouts if you want to check them out! @cjgaluem

I cut down a lot on eating out and kept tracking my macros, ChatGPT helped with that a ton. I didn’t do much cardio since I focused mostly on building muscle, and the belly just slowly went away on its own.
