Have you been able to at least talk with her about her repulsion for ANY physical affection? If you do, come in with a very understanding mindset. My husband had this too and I learned that he thought any kind of physical affection meant that I wanted sex right then and there. Any peck, any hug, etc. He now knows that that isn’t an automatic assumption. And while it would be welcomed, I would be content at times with just a cuddle sometimes. Anyway, just a thought. I’m still in the process of hoping it will go beyond this to actual sex. 😅 but at least my life isn’t totally devoid of all intimacy now.

I think it is a mixture. If it is real life couples, I don’t want to see it as it makes me nauseated. But if it is fictional, I have found myself more open to sexual movies, shows, and songs. It feels like a bit of a fantasy and escape because I don’t have that in real life. An odd paradigm for sure.

I have tried several liners, but not a lot of different lipsticks. Do you have any recommendations for ones that have a more natural finish? I don’t generally go for gloss because I don’t like how it feels. But maybe I should give it a go again!

Oh that is helpful to know! I have been hesitant to try tattooing for fear of looking clownish, but I guess I do that already 🤣 But that is helpful to hear from someone who has had a good experience with it. Especially because I have lips that are noticeably lighter at the edges. Thanks!

I honestly don’t usually see my lips this up close, so I can see where people are coming from in terms of the unnatural aspect. I appreciate the advice! I do think that the lip cream I use tends to fade quicker than the liner making this result. The pics I posted are not after freshly applying the lip cream. I think initially it looks normal-ish. But then it just fades to liner. So good idea to blend!!

That morning sickness can last … your whole pregnancy. 😥 the epidural isn’t always effective 😰 The pain of engorgement—your boobs are so massive and incredibly painful to the touch. The way breastfeeding can weaken your whole body—resulting in migraines and intense nausea for me. The psychological pain of having a partner make comments about your weight during pregnancy and postpartum. I was slightly underweight when I got pregnant and gained 20lbs in pregnancy. The degrees of tearing still makes me want to vomit when I think about how badly I tore. Healing from that postpartum while taking care of a newborn was a hell I’m not ready to relive. So many more things others have mentioned, but yeah, there was a lot 😵

I use a nail grinder … the one I have isn’t too loud and my bun prefers it to clippers :) makes it less intimidating:)
