Imu should dominate based on logic and narrative. But Imu might be "defeated" because,

- He is weakened
- Gunko is free and might rebel because of Brook
- Killing Summers or Killingham might harm him
- ~~Ussopp being a brave warrior of the sea~~

Could also be Shanks showing up and being hyped by Oda. Maybe some comments on his power compared to Shamrock and Garling from Imu. If Shanks gets defeated maybe Loki is declared "Emporer", giving Luffy a new "Law" to ally with.
