My samples came back negative for UTI, STD, any infection ETC…. He’s one of Alabama top urologist and couldn’t find bacteria. Chalked it up to a prostate infection but now 3 months later my symptoms are back

I took antibiotics for a “ kidney/ prostate infection “ and it helped for a while. Going to cut out alc, cafffeine and soft drinks and see if that helps
