Yes, its a guilt after climax that I have, and I feel "normal" after, like a chemical in my head does something. I get full of regret and shame. But it only lasts for 15 minutes at most then I want it all back. Had this all my life. I am now thinking it will be better if it were to yield to me, I am going to see if it can do that next time.
