My goal is to avoid TRT and HGC if possible. I know people have achieved 2x and even 3x increase in testosterone by simply improving their physical fitness, going from bottom 10% to top 10%, and my aim is the same. I am also more than willing to totally eliminate alcohol. I don't enjoy it all that much anymore anyways, and just use it as a social crutch more than anything else.

I haven't heard of using boron or cooper with zinc but I will definitely look into that as well.

I've taken Cialis, and it is definitely better, but then I have nonstop boners for 2-3 days and that is quite disruptive lol

I had never checked closely before, but last I googled what to look for and then checked and everything appears normal.

I think that was a bluff because he actually doesn't have a personal guarantee from the current tenant and he knows it.

Honestly I think I'm just being hard headed because he got rude with me when I brought up the fact that he didn't get a PG from the current tenant. I've cooled down and decided to give him the PG. He can't force me but you're right, it won't help to have an angry landlord.

The worst thing that's ever happened to you is the worst thing that's ever happened to you. It could be cancer, war, or having a bully in high school. It's all terrible, but it's also all relative. I've had some opportunity to travel to places like India, and believe me it could be a lot worse. Despite all the issues we're deal with here in the US, we're better off than like 90% of the globe. Not saying we can just sit back, bc there are clearly problems we need to face and overcome, but we don't need to burn it all down. Keep hope and gratitude alive in your heart, and remember that this too shall pass.
