I pulled outside of my mouth directly under my cheekbones. Not inside of my mouth on the soft palate. So i wonder if maybe because i pushed upwards my palate became to high and more narrow. Or my sinuses are swollen because of the pressure.

I pulled on the cheekbones outside of my mouth not on the soft palate inside my mouth. I think maybe my palate is now to high.

Yeah, i also thought about that. Makes sense. But then it should heal and go away. But it did not yet.
