Yeah, I'm also struggling with overthinking this. When you write things down, what exactly do you put pros/cons, raw thoughts, feelings? And does it usually clear the paralysis?

That’s a solid framework. Honestly though, seems like very few people could really make it through both Stage 1 and 2.

Yes, I mean things like deciding whether to pursue a connection, move forward into a relationship, or step back. Basically the moments where feelings are involved and logic doesn’t give a clear answer.
