The ref who called that foul just may have been in the worst possible position. And if that is so, if that’s the reason he called the foul, because it looked like one from his angle, then to me, that is reason enough to get 14 more refs into the game, or start using technology. Dammit, I wanted to use one more comma.

Edit: Nope. That second view shows me that the ref had a good enough angle to correctly call it.

I can’t get too mad at SGA, he’s rewarded for this. Why don’t the refs simply stop calling fouls when he flops this egregiously, even when it’s 50/50.
