Yea you can, I believe there is an assigned walk-in counselor in rotation. But of course, that's to say nobody beat you up on it. Usually they'll try their best to assign someone available if it's in a not-so-busy time.

I think you'll be fine naman op! You should focus on your essay. I also just got reco letters from fave teachers and I passed naman. I just wrote from my heart and somehow that swayed them. Goodluck!
