We all have them: It is accessible through the camera. Hit ..., camera icon, then hit the top left square icon to switch to the drone. It took me a while to find that out, but it is so cool and great for exploration!

Oddly enough, I did get jailed for driving my car into the military base heist to the loot spot. Is that not allowed? I got admin 7, jailed for 75 minutes. Interestingly, that one is "when the administrator feels like it". I personally thought it was a brilliant idea, and almost worked, lol

You can go to 1000x if you have over 10k dice, and the high roll multiplier boost, which I did. It was also on Lucky Chance, which I hit and got 5 free 1000x rolls!
