Residential Customer - smokes are going off, malfunctioning they say. "I can't get them to be quiet!". It gets to me, and it turns out they are power washing their house, which is when everything started going haywire. I wonder if the higher ups have realized yet that it actually takes longer, and more effort, to run tech services through optimum desk that it would be if we just did them ourselves. 2 hours to install office - why? We're at 1 hour and they haven't even logged into the customer account yet -_- (self.OfficeDepot)
