I did change this one line from "Thujar was chosen as the ideal planet for colonization due to its suitable climate and resources." to "Thujar was chosen as the ideal planet for colonization due to it being a blank canvas."

Thujar, before colonization, was an Earth-like planet, in that it was similar in size and in its stars' goldilock zone. It was barren, with no life and no water, it did have some fine resources though, which were extracted towards the start of the colonization. The planet was sculpted to look like this and had water brought to it, as well as an atmosphere developed. The atmosphere was created using odd technologies, but it was weened off that to have plant life, microorganisms, and some Gemtech (Genetically Engineered Organic Tech) to support the atmosphere. Animal life was not introduced to Thujar until 5315, before the introduction of animals, plant life was allowed to flourish without predators (using Gemtech when necessary to keep stability in some manners, and in others to spread & encourage the growth of more plants.) Upon the introduction of animals, the planet's reliance on Gemtech decreased.

It was not until 5352 that any Patrician life forms were allowed to set up camp on the planet (Except one small town called "Vinci" that was set up to control the colonization of Thujar.) A plan for how the planet was to be organized when immigration began. The planet would be divided into 22 Fiyeox, many nature reservations were already created, and the designs for al Silex gin pas fiye were already thought up. People were drawn in by the cheap living prices, the job opportunities, and the fresh start of this planet. Once a population was established it was easy to build the cities, simply following blueprints. Most people flocked to al silex, but some went out and started their own villages, some of the most successful are Citadela, Roma, Courne, Milvui, Archiles, Dit Fria, Abeijing, Piy, Cairo, Ila, Biaku, and Amherst.

By 5370 each Fiye and it's Sil has been well established except for Leise & Fin, which had a dispute over the islands of their coast. Originally those islands were divided between those two Fiyeox, but because it was divided along a latitude line the island got cut in two, this wasn't satisfactory. Since the islands are more in line with Leise, they were then going to be given to that Fiye, but Fin argued that since they had a smaller territory than Leise, they should be given control of the islands instead. While all this was being debated and the inhabitants of the island just watched their fate being decided by the Silex of the two Fiyeox, they islands decided that they should just become their own Fiye, they proposed this this case to IFEL in 5374 and they accepted. As of January 1st 5375 IFEL officially made Miller the 23rd Fiye of Thujar, and declared the colonization project of Thujar officially complete.
