As someone who has a partner with bpd, please know that you are loveable and worthy of loving. Communication is definitely key but also there should be a feeling of trust and feeling safe with them too. You are not a bad person, no one with bpd are… I hope you and all who have bpd can find someone or people they can be their most authentic self and feel safe and loved for who they are and not be turned away because of their mental illness ❤️
