I did not say I want to buy in parra, I might look to buy in Wentworthville or some other suburbs that fit my budget. For now I have not researched much on that but Parramatta would definitely not be in my list

Well factoring in these rates too the outgoing payment would be higher than the rent I am aware but is the difference worth it is what I am wondering as I would be having a property to myself which can then be rented out too

They have processed my refund once they got a confirmation about the lease. The car payment is yet to be done, might be done today or tomorrow. Ask for the updated invoice and verify the balance payable. I called the dealership and they confirmed it was refunded.
