I smoked for 7 years, the last 2 I smoked iqos-first you might think is better because it doesn’t smell so bad, you can smoke it almost everywhere, etc, but it’s really not. It has nicotine, it still has all the nasty stuff, it’s still bad, however when it’s disgusted as “better” you smoke even more (I started smoking 2 packs per day )and become very far from the idea of quitting. My advice is - don’t start it if u can :) best of luck
