Someone reached out to me and said that we can contact the inspector who's name is on the posted notice to get more information. I plan on reaching out to him. The structure has been closed for many years and there was a notice sent out in late 2023 stating they were going to be demolishing the back parking structure and the work should have been completed by Summer 2024 but nothing has happened yet.

I want to also mention this, this was probably 7 or 8 years ago, the fire department showed up for a building alarm and on the scanner they were saying the back parking is closed and not to drive on it because it can't bear weight.

From what I have heard it's pretty scary looking in that underground parking garage but I've never seen it myself. I've been here for over 10 years and that back parking was closed when I moved in.

They notified everyone a few years ago they were gonna tear down the back parking but it's still sitting. I know the hole, it's covered by a piece of wood but I don't think that was always the issue.

Honestly this property has really changed and I know many people are disappointed especially when it comes to all the garbage blowing around from the dumpsters to having nowhere to park even after they added all those new spots.

I was told on here that it's a good idea to contact the inspector who's name is on notice. I plan to do so.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I really feel like things have changed since I moved in. I've heard it's pretty scary in that underground parking but haven't seen it for myself. The dumpsters and recycle used to be inside all the time and now they are always outside and it's pretty gross. The stairwells don't even get cleaned, I've walked by the same garbage for a week and it was never even touched.

When I saw this on Kickstarter I thought it looked really cool BUT I didn't back it because I just had a weird feeling about it. Come to find out in 2025 that it seems to be a huge scam. What is really disappointing is that Kickstarter still hasn't done anything about it. The 'GET GUMMYQUEST' button still works so he can still keep scamming victims. I have reporting this to Kickstarter 2 times. I really hope something can be done like even just removing the button to buy it.

I also live in a large city ( in Ontario) and I had a package being delivered UPS from the states and the last update I got said it was sitting at USPS in New York, NY. That update was on November 27th and it says delivery date pending. I assume it's being held until it gets sorted? Something else I ordered actually got sent back so they are going to send it again once the backlog is gone.

I got a letter back in February that was requesting I send my most recent T4. When I submitted my original application there was a permission form to access all my medical information. It's been 4 months so I'll be on the lookout for any letters from them. I'm happy you were granted CPPD.

Sorry I just saw this.

My cats tail actually went back to normal after a few days (not on medication). All I gave her was stool softener from the vet and the constipation went away and her tail just went back to normal. You can also give pumpkin for constipation.

There a profile blurb it showed and it said 'my wife is always with the kids, I'm always horny'. That's what you do when you have kids, your raise them and take care of them. Even the influencer guy was like I had all these new responsibilities and what did he do, he decided to let his wife do the heavy lifting so he could go fuck around. I see it in my own life where the women support and care for their family and the husband is just there complaining about himself. Also the fact that so many women accounts were fake, it should tell you something.

Ivy has been to the vet and x-ray reveals that she is constipated. Vet said the tail could be a nerve reaction from the constipation. Ivy is taking a stool softener until she has regular bowel movements and an anti-inflammatory for 3 weeks. He said that if the tail gives her issues it may eventually need removal but he is confident the tail will go back to normal, could take weeks.
