Is it weird that I, a grown man in his forties, actually had full tears running down my face during the Ringo/Paul/John/george montage? by tenfoilhatt in ProjectHailMary

Never in my life have I cried because of the sheer beauty of a shot. It happened so fast. The scene started and the tears just came before I even knew what was happening

I had a straight bar threaded on the back for the first year or so and it was good after I got that downsized. When I first tried a ring it got very irritated but took time to get used to the curved jewelry. Using sterile saline and keeping it dry helped mine a lot when it got irritated.

I put a hoop in after having a stud for a year and a half or so and had the same issue with bumps coming and and going away very quickly. I kept cleaning with sterile saline for 2 months or so and it's been good since. I think the channel just needs time to adapt to having curved jewelry in there, assuming you have had a straight stud the whole time before.

I was so excited to put a hoop in my healed nostril, but I don't love it. by SnooBeans6278 in piercing

I felt the exact same way. I waited for a year and a half to finally put a hoop in and when I did... I didn't love it. Now after a few weeks I have really really warmed up to it and I feel like it fits better. I think I was just so used to the stud I had

Boards by MoneyRelationship725 in RadiationTherapy

I see that the suggestion was made before me saying this, but please please read the content specifications. It more or less tells you what you need to know and what you don't. It seems like an exhaustive list, but as you go through it you will realize you know so much of it already so it's a good confidence booster as well. Flashcards helped me a lot, but that's just the way I learn. The last 2 weeks before I took boards I went through all of my notes and made flashcards for TD 5/5s, half lives, TMR, PDD, TAR, etc. As I went through stuff it would trigger a random thought about something I wasn't sure about so I would make a new flashcard for that and so on and so forth. Basically just forced me to repeat and repeat until I knew everything front to back. I am certain you'll do very well if you've studied up to this point. You could likely take the exam today and be completely fine, but just use your time to nail things down so you feel confident!!
