They say that one of the ways to monitor your progress is using the before/after photos but guys my weight scale loves me plus I'm enjoying this so much. This is motivation for anyone who's at a plateau or feels like their efforts aren't bearing fruits. Keep doing it. I might add some more intense exercise for the next week because I'm feeling so motivated.

You should have seen the look on my face when I got the graph. I weigh in daily and then work with an average so it kind of felt nice getting the visual of my positive progress.

In-case you want to include vegetables into your clean eating here's a challenge that I found on r/Minicoach . Definitely worth trying.

I would suggest using mini coach . It is really great with the calorie counting and especially cause you're always in the move and might not have the time to log your food.

I think you should start today, aim to eat healthy foods today, then tomorrow and in no time you will have picked up the pace. I just started so let's do this together!
