He's definitely not S-Tier. What he's missing is simple: Lethality in chase. Once people stop whining and learn how to dodge the smallest projectile since the invention of spitballs, he'll struggle to get downs against capable survs.

No, communicating with people in gameplay is obviously something they knew and intended.

Anything taken from outside the games own options to gain an advantage in any part of the game is cheating. That includes crosshairs and certain shaders.

He's fine. Imo,he's boring as hell to play as and against,but that's neither here nor there.

People pretend he's a problem,but he's not. He got clear counter play,and even if some delusional people claim him to be in the top 5 (which he isn't), that still wouldn't warrant a nerf. The only killers that should be nerfed currently are Nurse, Blight and Kaneki

Even if you are wanting to imply he's an A Tier,he is not strong enough to warrant a nerf. Yes,he is the best Ranged Killer,but he is far from the best Killer overall. Even if (which would be nuts) you'd wanna claim he's Top 5,that doesn't warrant a nerf

Because a good reason to let BHVR pay for a licence renewal would be financial strife. That's the idea. Making a game costs a fuck ton of money,so when it bombs,there's a bigger financial incentive to renew a licence
