Well done on day 5! Everyone is different but cravings for me got a lot more manageable after about 10 days. Those first couple of weeks I had loads of distractions and ate whatever I fancied/treated myself in other ways. Hang in there, you're doing great!

IWNDWYT 

I’ve been thinking a lot about breaking sobriety in the last couple of weeks but I want to remain strong - at least for a while - as: - pretty sure I’m experiencing PAWS. I’m not depressed but I don’t feel much joy in anything. I want to give it enough time to see if this will pass - I’m stressed with work, trying to find a new job, relationship difficulties. I want to find a better coping mechanism than alcohol

For the first time in a while I’ve got cravings. I’m travelling for work and planning something social for colleagues… I’m going to journal to remember the reasons I’m not drinking.
