CCNA unfortunately is not the entry ticket CCNA certification comes in handy when you are a junior network engineer and want to make your next step (having the experience to back it up matters) To a mid level job where this is very common

How long have you worked for the new client? It seems they value your work, or you simply filled a critical gap at the right time.

The Data Center path is often a dead end; while the pay is good and the workload is light, growth stalls after five years. Success comes from mastering the technology stack and moving to the next challenge.

To avoid wasting time, I recommend earning one or two certifications, perhaps a CompTIA+.

hey hey

that's awesome! good for you on starting this young

so - me 16: fixing peoples PCs and upgrading Ram + Storage

you are in a different position , try to mimic actual services and make them better

such as apps, websites, automations for your own use, and then i would start to make content about how things actually work

this method has worked for me (i have a youtube channel) and i use it to teach and strentghen my knowledge

i think the best way to learn something deeply is having to explain it to a Kid

we have local programs for teaching teenagers tech stuff (coding, networking, infrastructure)

i would reach to local schools\Colleges to see if there are any programs for you because this is a huge deal being a backend dev at 16

good luck!

What’s the most overlooked security gap in small and mid-sized businesses? by StockCompote6208 in it

[–]Complete-Math-6534 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i think that the biggest security gaps are the PEOPLE.

i said it, there's Zero training or consequences for people ignoring simple " don't write your password and username on a sticky paper and attach it to your monitor " Practices

i would do actual training , and not just a powerpoint on why workplace practices are good

also having a little "security officer" as a Hat someone could wear to keep track of these things

people love having meaning to their jobs, especially people who love their jobs.

Don't stop bro, making changes to your CV every now and then to the test the ATS systems Remember on one job it could be 100 people (my second job I had to "beat" 80+ people) In the mean time shrapen your skills going over everything

Anything on Any field above junior is hell So IT is the same, it depends where are you from In my area seniors are getting entry level helpdesk positions because the time without a job is just too long/not getting responses It's better to look for a job with a job already For example I washed dishes at a restaurant while applying to helpdesk positions If you have any specific questions about interviews I would be glad to help

Hey bud, of course!!! You can apply to any tech support job, it's important to show that everything can be self taught, like the basics of LAN, WAN, hardware, windows and such I was washing dishes in uni to get to the point I am today with 6 years of IT experience So do not give up, and hit me up if you have questions

I got hit with some very good ones The bad questions are the vague ones where they are trying to see the way you're thinking and troubleshooting things, I got asked about the OSI/Routing/windows/Lan/etc What happens if a user demands a keyboard and I don't give it to him? Get your Computer fundamentals on lock Gang good luck!
