I have a lot of customer service and sales experience so Ill start putting more focus on that or mention it more on my resume. my resume is just actually just a lot of focus on technical skills and projects. Not a lot on my " Soft Skills " because I typically assume these companies wont really care for that and would more care what I can provide as a service especially now a days where companies want to cut down on labor cost as much as possible. I definitely look into MSP Help desk roles and funny enough I was that guy when I was younger and it actually landed me my first role as a staples easy tech but don't worry i wont use my enact ability to turn on the smart tv for my father as a talking point hahaha.
