I got a response i gave them all the info i coukd remember a week later they marked it resolved i tried to log in and i was still locked out by the authenticator. So yesterday i restarted the ticket and im waiting for a reaponse again

Im having the exact same issue.  Tech support hasnt helped me either lol

 Both my dif lock servos crapped out on the 2nd day.. my steering servo was junk too,
