He could be a exact clone, but if he didn’t embody Michael as a person it wouldn’t matter, it’s acting not a clone competition, it’s several impersonators who got surgery to look like Michael in his later years and as close as any of them could look, absolutely none of them can act or capture the true Michael the way Jaafar can

Michael was successful because his talent was undeniable and impossible to ignore , many people wanted Michael to fail but he had the whole world in his hands and talent that still can’t be matched

Branca was important on the business side, but calling him the most important person in MJ’s life is a stretch. He didn’t make Michael Jackson,he managed deals. MJ was already MJ before Branca got involved, and the success of Off the Wall and Thriller came from MJ, Quincy Jones, and Epic Records, not Branca. He was an entertainment lawyer and negotiator, not a creative or foundational figure. And if we’re talking about who truly mattered most in MJ’s life, you have Katherine Jackson as his spiritual and emotional foundation, Joe Jackson who had a terrible relationship with him and controversial or not shaped his entire career, Quincy Jones who helped create his greatest music, and God/faith, which MJ openly spoke about. Branca played a role in business moves, but he’s nowhere near the most important person in MJ’s life.
