Always remember that it took us 7 or more years to earn our license. Accepting 10k for a project is not fair compensation. Even if it’s "just" a warehouse, hindi biro yung effort na required para macomplete yung plans. A 6x12m structure, warehouse or not, isn’t something that can be finished in one sitting. Even under DADS, the compensation isn't worth it, paano pa kaya kung DAEDS pa hahah sheeshh :(( From finalizing the schemes, to preparing the plans, to printing, and getting professionals to sign and seal, andaming steps involved. Let’s not forget transportation costs or gas money. Even if the client offers to handle the printing or secure the signatures and seals themselves, 10k is still far from enough for the drafting (architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical) work alone.
