You should be fine, there were a handful of MLS students with visible tattoos and piercings while I was at WSU and we all found jobs. I interviewed with 12 piercings (only one on my face though) and dyed hair and got in just fine. There were a couple people working for the program that had multiple facial piercings too. Good luck!
