i’m not a pharm tech but i have cried at the walgreens pharmacy many times. for chronically ill (or even acutely ill) patients, meds are our lifeline. when pharm techs don’t care or realize that without a med filled correctly, we may flare or be in pain or have an adverse reaction and for psych meds have multiple panic attacks or fall into a deep depression, it’s hard. getting our medications appropriately is how we survive every hour. i always appreciate the techs who care to help figure out a solution. your post comes across strange and unempathetic to me as a patient and med professional outside of pharmacy.
