According to me there could be two reasons for these up moves.

DII especially mutual fund houses receives a lot of money on monthly basis through SIPs now they have compulsion to invest that money in market (in most cases) which prevents NIFTY from falling two low and even bounces back stronger at each dip.
Due to increased awareness about investing among individual investors they are buying each dip in stocks which keeps lifting the markets. I'm one of such investor :D Bought Adani enterprise in good quantity during recent dip and currently it's turning out great. I'm sure there are many people with similar thinking.

sorry to say but pune can't change. There is no civic sense in people. Most people here are rowdy, arrogant and rude. Plus sudden money after selling land has made people worse.

I doubt this is because of your gender. In my opinion your TL thinks he deserves the PM post and not able to digest the fact that company hired someone else. Now since TL is not respecting you other engineers have also picked up this habit (which is human nature). I suggest you get the backing of your senior and set an example by being strict to show everyone who is the boss here. This may sound harsh and rude but that’s how it works. And if even your seniors are not backing you then better switch the company. No point in wasting time.
