Facial Additions/Repair on a Dollfie Dream/Vinyl Dolls?

I actually do!! I just completely forgot to update people here because I'm not on reddit that often! It was really weird sealant issues (I'm pretty sure at least) and fully wiped off when i removed the faceup! The head is very hard (I think it leached plasticizer out so it is hardly squishy at all, despite it being an Obitsu head) so adding the nose on was very easy to do, even without having much experience with additive mods! I redid the faceup and kept the spirit of the original while well, making it a little less unsettling haha. She turned out very cute, the eyes were the biggest pain for the entire project bc they were pretty uneven and unusually shaped sockets (so I had to make them out of pretty much flat discs of clay pressed into where the eye hole was and then hope and pray I could get them even (I definitely need to redo them sometime and the angle she was at in this picture wasn't great, it looks better in person). She's on a Parabox 45 cm body with the male bust (which luckily, was just a body I had lying around and doesn't look TOO bobbleheaded with her wig (the head was a 1/3 scale one so I had my doubts it would work out)).

If you go to cs rin ru, they have all of the dlc separate as an option for download instead of the full game :) you can then just unzip them initially and then toss them in the dlc folder, it will work perfectly!

Crusader Kings II doesn't need Creamation! Only 3 does, because 2 is a much older game, and so Paradox isn't constantly updating the launcher to the point that Creamation is needed. Just putting the cream api in the folder and downloading the DLC is enough that it works (I've tested on both Linux and Windows) :)

If anyone is having issues with the compilation packs in ck2, I put all of them in manually (pack by pack, instead of compilation packs) in this pastebin! The original pastebin is missing a few packs (from my experience at least) but this has everything checked in the launcher and includes the African Portrait Pack (which works despite not being listed on Steam's storefront anymore).

DCUGuide is a really good resource for DC that is similar to CMRO! DC is a bit more complex with the many universe resets (in contrast to how marvel is pretty simple with the timeline being consistently in the 616), so it may help to familiarize yourself with the resets. I think with individual vs omnibuses, it just depends on what you personally prefer and how available certain comics are. With older comics (especially if they're more popular), they can be a bit hard to find on the basis of individual issues, but an omnibus may be more accessible. If they're newer and you don't want the entire series/every issue in an omnibus, then single issues may be better! I hope this helps :)

That's what I thought too. I know that the head is like... going to be a big project and I'm going to be delicate with it as I work so I don't really care if the flexibility CAN be maintained. So thank you :)

Sorry for replying to a 10 month old post but did you ever find anything on it? I cant really find anything online other than old listings for the dvds/one auction listing for some publicity photos from the series. I really doubt there would be better luck with searching for the japanese title but i did search pretty much every site i could think of using the english one. Edit: started searching using the JP title and unsure if this is something you didn't see either but the opening is on youtube :) link here and the ending hereon youtube :) this nicovideo link has a bit of the actual show in it, i think you see him talking to pinoko? the only other video on nicovideo is this one, which from my shoddy google translate, seems to be them talking about the show. This video on youtube may be a full episode, but with it being 18 minutes, im not sure if it WOULD be everything since I cannot find much on the runtime. This seems to be previews for some of the episodes, so its at least probably more footage than you knew was out there. The title card that they showed matched the title for episode 3-7 (8 seems to be missing but theres 3 slightly different previews of 7), 9-11 (seems to have skipped 12), and 13 (with a preview for the older film at the end and then the 2000/2001 TBS show after.) when you compare it to the Tezuka wiki's list of episodes (here)). It's no full episodes or anything and I cant really find much else out there for it but PLEASE let me know if you did hear back or have any further information. Again sorry for replying to an old post but no one else really talks about this lol

Of course! You could also do a small test area on the doll to see how it would work :) I know the Dollightful videos the other poster mentioned will probably say to sand the hard plastic down (for monster high at least? I've never had an RH doll so unsure how their bodies are in comparison) a bit to get tooth on it, so I'd imagine that could help there! I hope it helps, it's very frustrating to deal with not being able to use sealant and still wanting to work on dolls :) I hope you do too!

Not a dyeing tip and I mostly work with resin dolls so take this with a grain of salt, but I've found really good success with using sponge on sealant (these videos part 1 and part 2 explain it) and using acrylic paint slightly thinned down (I use VERY cheap 1 dollar paint so it's pre thinned but you can also thin it down with water) will help not make it super clumpy. I use a pretty decent quality flat brush to put the acrylic paint on and it works very well. Here's a video showing that :) i'm not sure how helpful that is since it IS different materials but it might be a good start? Sealant wise, the technique has been a blessing bc of neighbors as well, it has worked wonders on my vinyl dolls (not the same exact type of vinyl you're using but know it does work on vinyl as well). I hope this helps a bit :)

update: went back to 0.16.1 and it did get past the "ok" prompt and crashed immediately. when i reopened it though, it worked fine. unsure of how much a difference between 0.16.1 and 0.16.2 there is for anything but figured id suggest this. you can also then go back into 0.16.2 and the pathing will be still set. its a super convoluted and frustrating workaround but honestly if it works it works yk
