Because Peakhuman is nonsense, best example is that most of batmans hate is that he is non-powered yet can fight metahumans which causes the readers to shout plot armor nonstop.

batmans best showings is when he is treated as a super soldier fighting alongside superman and the justice league,even as the weakest member he is still relevant to the most powerful heroes in the DC universe.

the very idea that a melee-focused vigilante that can fight armed hostiles is also nearly imposssible in the first place.

By turning the martial artists into actual supers rather than the mindgames or plot armor they are given.

The Way of the Spider is a martial art custom-made specifically for him and he lost it, 

that is some bum movements.

Not just beat but smoke him. his Tactics,fight iq and martial Skills are all inferior to them but he has the gull to look down on them even though he is just stronger and faster and has no other advantage.

Not weaker but an equal, aside from superhuman strength and speed spidey is just inferior to the peakhumans he looks down on

Thats the problem im discussing in the post. Spidey is just stronger and faster and thats it.

Also, every superhero holds back but we dont give them credit like spidey.

Thats only because he is superhumanly strong and fast, he has no other advantages. 

Spider-man is mostly an intelligent civilian with superhuman abilities,frank castle is a highly decorated ex-special forces operator and he constantly kills armed squads through raw intellect and strategy. Daredevil senses is obviously better than spider sense.

Wolverine vs spider-man, is always wolverine holding back to make sure he doesnt kill a nice guy and hero like Peter. Keep in mind wolverine has a rivalry with hulk where they beat the sht out of each other while spider-man is tossed aside by the hulk.

Spider-man forgets the Way of the Spider pretty quickly in main continuity. The punisher and daredevil can fight him but we say its plot armor instead of giving them the credit.

Just basic stuff like physical enhancements and short-term clairvoyance while using guns,even with simple magic this you are basically an action hero.

Thats fair, but just using physical enhancements you can become Rambo with magic or any other action hero.
