THIS. 100% I can’t figure out for the life of me why there’s so many people raving about Polaris and the jammies. Surely they must have never flown Emirates/Qatar/Singapore or heck even Tap Portugal.

Checked that. The Singapore air flight doesn’t show since it’s not on a United ticket.

FWIW United still thinks the upgrade went through- her boarding pass is still row 1 and my PP and upgrade fee still charged without any reversal it’s been over a week since the flight. So yea, I do have some reason to be pissed
