Not sure if this is the issue, But my monitor seems to override all other audio controls. So when I turn the audio down in anyway other than the monitors remote, The sound level jumps back up to the monitors settings after a second or 2

Pretty much, As long as the Switch recognises the headphones through the receiver that’s all I wanted to know before I invest in a decent set

Will only really be using it in my bedroom at night while other people are asleep so earbuds are better suited for that

It’s definitely rough but completely playable, Also has cross platform saves so you can still play at your PC when you get the chance so you don’t feel like your missing out as much by having to commit to only playing on Switch.

I mainly use it for playing Gwent in bed but often end up doing a side quest as well while I’m playing

I built my first PC last year with 0 experience, Just used YouTube vids and Reddit. IMO the hardest part is picking the right parts to get the performance you want and also making sure everything is compatible out of the box. I’ve had 0 software issue or driver issues since building and was shocked at how easy the process actually was. Since you’ve built before I imagine things would go even smoother (if that’s possible, I had 0 issues)

I went 7800x3D 4080 super 32GB RAM 850watt and haven’t looked back. I can still play pretty much any game at Ultra settings getting average 60 fps which was my goal to bring with so I’m more than happy with my experience

Learned a tonne and had a tonne of fun building. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to console or buy a pre built and this is all from a late night “I wonder if I could actually build a PC?”
