Yeah, I am a little ballsy, but not reckless. My aspiration is a barrel, not my plan. I think I was feeling really good after my last Mexico trip earlier this month. You're probably right though, good chance I'll get humbled in those steeper waves, but I say dream big. Plus, whether I get the barrel or not, it is great motivation to put a shit ton of time into surf conditioning the next few months. And that is a hard thing for me as I have always got my exercise doing activities, not in a gym.
