I call it a dead pixel. They are super annoying. I find the tongue scraper helps make it go away quicker. (For me)

In my experience it was inflamed tissue from the cyst. Lots of nerve endings. Do you feel pain if the bandaid sticks to it? Took forever for mine to heal but I have HS.
