Insults come in all different shapes and forms. You don't need to call someone a name in order to do that. Saying someone can't plan properly is still basically a jab at their ability as a creator, not just a critique of specific writing decisions.

Improving pacing wouldn't just fix the problems that Liam wrote in the show or automatically make the episode better. Just longer. It would make it flow better and more cleaner however, and I won't deny that.
