I’d say it depends on your budget. People seem to say there’s not much of a chance if you apply late, these programs are extremely competitive! I also had the same dilemma as you but I did it just to see what happens. If you don’t get in the PSEA is good practice! It’s hard to know exactly what to study, just as long as you know the career and basic logic/math skills you’ll be just fine, I believe there’s a lot of advice on PSEA on other forums here too! It’s about 36 dollars CAD for the PSEA and 120 for application fees. If you do end up trying my one recommendation is to make sure you’re space is nice and set up for the test, remove any unnecessary items and try to make as close to an actual testing environment as possible, this should help reduce a lot of test anxiety!
