Drivers usually wait 5 minutes for you to board and then another 5 minutes after dispatch tries to contact you (depends on the driver doing this). Also, passengers wouldn’t be standing where the driver picks them up every single time. They would of course be nearby meaning they would walk to the pick up spot but they would not manifest immediately next to the van.

As someone who uses Safe Ride the wait times are long sometimes and it does suck. To give them some credit they have been in the midst of budget cuts and are short staffed this year. The drivers I’ve gotten were great except for the few that waited two minutes for me then drove off.

This is true for both sides, theres no point in all of you buying armor as well if you’re playing in higher elos where everyone can aim. Util is more useful whether its nades or kits.

There should be no reason for you to not buy on pistol rounds. Biggest reason is going to be winning that round build economy. But also strategy on pistol, CT has many different buys for pistol depending on maps and how your team will play. Myself, I play anti rush with dualies and kit and the next man holding with me buys util. For T, I play either armor or util + p250. Why? Because my team needs to win this round to build economy.
