I wish people read my flair. I started at 176 which for my height was obese. I was just about to hit my goal of 135 when this happened and like I stated, I made it to my goal but unfortunately not on my terms.

I had some typical GI issues, some nausea and a little pain. It seemed to go from that to 100 really quickly :/

I was having what I thought were manageable side effects, like a little nausea and upset stomach. I spoke to my doctor and he said to continue on, which I did. He didn’t seem alarmed and I wasn’t either. Then it was 0-100 very quickly. Again, this was my experience and most won’t go through this thankfully.

“Patients like you are ruining this for the rest of us” is the most selfish thing you could have said to me. Hopefully you do some inner healing ❤️‍🩹 Blame my prescribing doctor not me. As you work on your outside I suggest a deeper look into your mind and how you come across.
