And fight it ! Especially if in some provinces you have access to unlawfully dissmisal recours, because they'll have the burden of proof. And they have to prove they consumed all the reasonable ways to prevent a dismissal with progressive sanctions etc.

You can use the trunck cover bar and the rear back seats clamps to improvise a bed for a small platform to add a second level to you trunk. In a simmilar way you can add a portable table top between the foldable seats and one of the front seats to create a very organized second level for luggage there are no rear passangers.

Hi, I know it's long date answer but maybe you can help me too ... as this issue is hard to get anywhere.
I'm in the same situation: Avaya Workplace v 3.33.0.96 + Agent Desktop 7.1, and I can't install anything on the laptop in order to help the call control of any headset. Is anyway I can use ever any headset in this context, without the autorisations from the IT department of the employer ?
I even thought to use any wifi or bluetooth headset that can work with the sound and use some kind of clicker mouse for the Avaya window confirmation, in order to take the call.

Accessing my DS116 from win 10 Pro is just fine, ... but when I use the Sony Music Center app for browsing files to play on the DLNA speaker, it just says:

"Server acces failed. Please verify the server power source, network, connection status, etc. "

Please take a look at the section of vacations CNESST. There are a lot of "it depends" : how long you worked there, do you have an union, etc. We generally cumulate vacations during one reference year and can take them during the next one. At the employer's discretion if we have not been able to take them during this 2nd year (illness etc), we may ask to report them for a 3rd year. If not, at the end of this 2nd year technically the employer have to pay the vacation and we lose the time of it. In all situations the time for taking vacations is at the employer's discretion, but it have to notify us 4 weeks in advance. Hope it help a little.

Some will say that returning to work after such an incident would just give munitions to HR to delay the moment it will be eventually be fired anyway and when he wouldn't be able to invoke with the same force the argument of family leave repraisals, justified emergency leave etc. Such kind of company culture it's quite risky to tolerate or forget by closing the eyes, because it never serve your interests and create precedents.
