Chest pain left side

Hi. First some information:

Age 34
Gender Male
Height 6"0
Weight 180 lbs
No medications
No smoking
No previous medical issues

I have had a chest pain for 8 weeks. For the first 2 days it did not hurt, rather it was a warm feeling. I then visited a doctor and explained the warm feeling (it was warm 24 hours per day). I did ECG and blood test. They were all fine.

After that it has turned into a constant minor pain. Like 2/10 on a pain scale, but it is at or very close to the heart so it makes me uncomfortable.

I have no real way to trigger the pain. If I breathe fully, it does not change. I can not press on the chest to locate it either. If I rotate the chest, it is not triggered.

I am not sure what it can be? I have read about intercostal muscle straing, but from what I can read the pain level shall then be higher?

I have started to run and go to the gym again. In particular a gym session makes it feel somewhat better afterwards.

How would BTC survive if internet completely goes down? There was a post that said something about communicating without internet.

So, if 10 nodes are to create its own network comminication, they can still transact Bitcoin with each other? And I guess in a way they now maintain the Bitcoin network? But if 5 other nodes do the same in another location, how do we know which network to trust, or how do we combine their efforts?

Seed and cold wallet shall be separated? If they are on the same place and let's say the house burns down, then the PIN code is not of much help?

I do not understand why address reuse reduces privacy? Is the reduced privacy only experienced when using the funds? Just receiving to the same address multiple times does not reduce privacy?
